How long will the survey take?

Only 2 to 3  minutes, depending on how many comments you write. 

Please complete the survey in one session – your answers are sent in a single secure response file, automatically collated after you click submit at the end.

How much can I write in the comments ?

As much as you like! Its virtually unlimited. Although a comments box may look small on the screen you can keep writing 

Is the survey confidential?

Yes. All information is managed confidentially, in line with the Information Act of the Northern Territory.

How long can I leave the survey open on my screen?

You can leave a survey page open for up to four hours on your screen in one session.

 What happens if the web survey seems slow?

The speed of each survey page depends on the speed of your computer's access to the internet and on the server load at the time you complete a survey. So please be patient if it is slow!

 Can I get a copy of my reply?

Yes if you are an exhibitor, since you are part of an organisation and its accountability structure.

And no if you are a visitor – your responses are stored in a secure data base which is reported on to get a collective picture of visitors' feedback, and also used to generate randomly a  prize winner. Thank you for your input. Without you a festival does not happen!
